Public information

Clear policies for planning ahead.

Understand the assessment, payment, cancellation, and rescheduling process before you plan a mobile hydration visit.

Cancellation and refund

A cancellation made at least 48 hours before the appointment receives a full refund to the original payment method. Client cancellations with less than 48 hours notice receive no refund.

Missed appointments

No-shows receive no refund.

Rescheduling

Standard rescheduling with at least 48 hours notice has no fee, subject to availability. Terms for rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice are still being finalized.

Clinical ineligibility

If the clinical team determines you are ineligible for the planned treatment, you receive a 75% refund. Payment does not guarantee treatment eligibility.

Provider cancellation

If Next Level Hydration cancels your appointment, you receive a full refund.

Assessment and authorization

The NP video health assessment is included in the drip price, with no separate charge. NP availability varies, and the video assessment is arranged after booking/payment if needed. It must be completed at least six hours before your initial drip session. The maximum time window is six months from the assessment date, subject also to the three-infusion limit below. Each treatment remains subject to treatment-specific screening and clinical authorization.

A new provider assessment is required before a fourth infusion or after six months, whichever comes first. Changes in condition or adverse events may require earlier provider review. An infusion that has actually started counts toward the three-infusion limit; booking or payment alone does not.

Client awareness before booking

You must acknowledge the initial medical assessment requirement and reassessment before a fourth infusion or after six months, whichever comes first. You may book and pay before the assessment is scheduled. Acknowledgement is not treatment consent or clinical clearance; the initial assessment must still be actually completed at least six hours before administration. You must also complete a separate individual informed consent form before infusion.

Appointment and payment

Choose your appointment, then pay in full. Payment does not guarantee clinical eligibility or treatment authorization.

Hours and outside-area travel

Mobile visits are offered Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–7 PM EST; Sunday closed. Standard drips are planned for one hour, with a latest start of 6 PM. NAD+ visits are planned for two hours, with a latest feasible start of 5 PM to finish by 7 PM. NAD+ formulas and doses remain pending clinical confirmation, so NAD+ is not available to book.

Travel outside Pinellas, Pasco, Hillsborough, Manatee, and Polk counties is $0.36 per mile. Any applicable travel charge will be confirmed before payment.

Review notice

Online booking is not yet connected.

This public review does not collect appointments, payment, or any patient information. A verified secure booking portal will be linked here when it is ready.

Before booking in that portal, each client must acknowledge that a medical assessment is required before the initial drip and renewed after three infusions or six months, whichever comes first, to continue. You may book and pay before the assessment is scheduled; it must still be completed at least six hours before the initial administration.
