Full payment follows appointment selection. It is not a clinical order and does not guarantee treatment eligibility.

Complete assessment
We arrange the included video assessment when you book, subject to NP availability. Complete it at least six hours before your initial drip session.

Your mobile visit
Your nurse checks your clinical authorization and completes visit-specific screening before administering treatment.

Is the NP video health assessment an extra charge?
No. It is included in the price of your drip; there is no separate assessment charge.
Can I receive my first drip before the assessment?
No. The included assessment must be completed at least six hours before your initial drip session. It is arranged when your appointment is booked, subject to NP availability.
How do future drips work?
A new provider assessment is required before a fourth infusion or after six calendar months, whichever comes first. Changes in condition may require earlier review; each treatment still needs individual screening and authorization.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
A cancellation at least 48 hours before the appointment qualifies for a full refund to the original payment method. Standard rescheduling at least 48 hours before is no-fee, subject to availability. Client cancellations with less than 48 hours notice and no-shows receive no refund.
When does the group drip offer apply?
Three or more distinct people receiving drips at the same start time and location receive 15% off each drip base price. Mileage and add-ons are excluded. One or two people do not qualify.
